KG Partners is looking for multi-family, single family, commercial, and retail investments along the 880 corridor in Oakland, Berkeley, and Emeryville and along the 101 corridor between San Rafael and Santa Rosa. We are always open to evaluating potential investments. KG can act independently or as part of a syndicate. We prefer to lead deals but can participate passively.
